This is jam with a difference and will certainly tickle your tastebuds. It’s made with chillies, peppers, fruit, sugar and vinegar and definitely one for those of you who like it hot!! Limitless applications, so be adventurous try it with everything.
Hot Pineapple Sauce
A Caribbean flavoured hot sauce that is great in stir fry’s, marinades, dips and in whatever you feel needs a lift. This one doesn’t have much in it but it packs a tongue tingling punch with its mixture of pineapple, scotch bonnet chillies, sugar, peppers and vinegar.
Indian tomato pickle which is fabulously versatile. Use added to curries, noodles, with fish, as a side dish, with cold meats and cheese or by the spoonful on its own. The usual suspects are in this; tomatoes, chillies, garlic, sugar, vinegar, oil, salt and spices.
Hot Chilli Paste
A powerful and incredibly tasty combination of mixed chillies and spices, sugar, oil and vinegar all cooked in oil. This is our hottest product so please use with care and enjoy. It is great mixing a spoonful or two with a tin of tomatoes and/or coconut milk and your choice of meat or fish to make a quick homemade curry.

Sweet Chilli Sauce

We are very proud of this one, our own version of an Indian restaurant condiment that beats the socks off store bought!! It takes 5-6 days to make from start to finish and is not cooked, just left to stew in its own juices working its magic with the hot oil, cumin and mustard seeds added half way through. This helps to bring out the flavours of the rest of the ingredients; limes, garlic, oil, chilli powder, cumin and mustard seeds and salt.
This is a gentle wake up call for your toast and palate. It’s a marmalade, but not as you know it as it has a couple of alterations from a standard recipe. This one is made from oranges, limes, sugar and chillies.
Chilli Beetroot Chutney
This is a different twist on an old favourite, a sweet beetroot based relish/chutney with a few new ingredients to spice it up a bit. Gorgeous on a cheese board, in a sandwich, fabulous with ham or a salad or, my favourite it is to just spoon it in my mouth all on its ownsome?!! Also great with a N.E. Scotland favourite dish – Stovies!! This little gem is made from beetroot, onions, chillies, apples, sugar, vinegar, salt and spices.
Sweet & Sour Pineapple Relish
Wonderful with cold cuts, gammon, roast pork, cheese or even with tuna. This is a made to order product because it has a shorter shelf life and is made from pineapples, limes, sugar, chillies, spring onions, vinegar, salt and pepper.
South African Banana Chutney
This is one of our newer products and has become really popular. It’s made from bananas, raisins, onions, vinegar, brown sugar, salt, chillies, fresh ginger and is fantastic with curry or a ploughmans.
This is our latest product and is selling faster than we can make it. It’s also another one that is not cooked and has an extremely long shelf life and is so versatile as it can be used to marinade, add to soups, stews and curries, as a dipping sauce or even a salad dressing. It is one of the hottest we do and has so much flavour that even though your tongue tingles, a lot, it keeps you coming back for more. It is packed full of chillies, ginger, garlic, rice wine vinegar, salt, tomato puree, oil and sugar.
